Impact XM

My role:
At impact XM we create intricate booth designs to help client stand out at trade shows and events. My role as a Prepress Graphic Artists is to ensure that all graphic print files are set up and ready to print. I receive files (and sometimes help design), make sure everything will be printed accurately with 100% quality, while setting up layout files to show account teams and clients where their desired graphic will be applied in the booth. This ranges from wall mounted vinyl murals to fabric back walls, table drapes, and vinyl applied sintra graphics.

Clients:
Some clients that I have worked on booth graphics for are Eisai, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Bayer, GSK, AT&T, WPG, and many more! I assisted a manifold of clientele including pharmaceutical, tech, real-estate, and retail.

Shows: ASCO (American Society of Clinical Oncology), ASN (American Society of Nephrology), RSNA (Radiological Society of North American)

Layout Examples:
Below are some of what a standard layout would consist of. Graphic name, item number, material, qty and sometimes a more in depth description are included. The graphics are laid flat and sometimes in a group to show placement for client and team approvals.
